Visitors


Attendees with invitation who register as visitors can visit Lounges free of charge when registering by 11 February 2011. Due to the limited number of visitor tickets, please notify us if you registered but cannot attend.

Attendees without invitation can visit Lounges for a fee of EUR 15 a day when registering by 11 February 2011, or EUR 100 a day when registering from 15 February 2011 onwards.

All visitors, with or without invitation, are subject to the payment and cancellation terms below. Do not forget: please notify us if you registered and cannot attend, so we may assign the space to another person. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge the administration fees.


Payment and cancellation terms – visitors
The invoice is due and payable immediately upon receipt. Your payment entitles you to attend the event. Receipt of payment is not confirmed.

Please note that cancellations must be submitted in writing. In the event of a cancellation the following administration fees shall be levied:

If the event organiser cancels the event, participation fee will be refunded in full.
